Cancellation Policy  is included in the Terms & Condition  and Privacy Policy page however we are going to provide a  separate  &comprehensive Cancellation Policy soon.

 8.  Cancellation, refund and suspension of account. All cancelation or refund requests must be sent to following email addresses only: admin@londonentrepreneursnetwork.com or support@londonentrepreneursnetwork.com

8.1    We may:

  • (a)    suspend your account;
  • (b)    cancel your account; and/or
  • (c)    edit your account details

at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

 

8.2    You may cancel your account on our website using your account control panel on the website.

(a)    exhibiting cancelation & refund request made within less than one week to the exhibition or event date will not be refunded, but EXHIBITING can be done in any other available exhibition or event, during the full current calendar year.

(b)    exhibiting cancelation & refund request made with more than one week to the exhibition or event date, will be subject to 50% deduction of the full payment.

(c)    VIP or VVIP membership cancelation & refund requests WITHIN one week after VIP or VVIP membership submission date, would be subject to 50% deduction.

(d)    any periodically service, Sponsorship/Partnership or VIP or VVIP Membership cancelation & refund request made after the first week of the membership submission, would be subject to 70% deduction of the value of the remaining membership time-period. This means you will receive only 30% payment of the remaining membership time-period. E.g. one year VIP membership= £216 (£18 per month) and you requested cancelation & refund after 2 months into the membership. This means 10 months membership remaining which is 10x£18= £180 remaining. Therefore, £180/100x30 is £54. This means you will be refunded £54.

(e)   above two points (point c & d) apply exactly to Adverts and Logo Display service AND in any cases which advance reservation applies; the points (a) & (b) also applies.

(f)   any other services cancelation & refund request made after the date of the service providing date will NOT be refunded.

(g)  any other services cancelation & refund request made with more than one week to the service providing date, will be subject to 50% deduction of the full payment.

(h)   any other services cancelation & refund request made less than one week to the service providing date, will be subject to 70% deduction of the  payment. It means only 30% of the payment will be refunded to you. E.g. you paid £300 for sending a promotional email to our database. You requested cancelation & refund one day before sending the email to our database. Therefore, you will receive 30% of the £300 only, which is £300/100x30= £90. This means you will be refunded £90 only.
